We’re looking for therapists who are:
Trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or eager to complete a 50-hour training through our trusted somatic and attachment-focused EMDR provider.
A training stipend to support your professional growth.
Have past experience working with adults in an outpatient private practice setting

We’ve built a structured-yet-flexible schedule that allows our therapists to maintain a healthy work-life balance while supporting a steady, full caseload.
Remote & In-person, Flexible Schedule – Conduct all sessions virtually from a secure home office. If you are located in the metro Detroit area, we are looking for in-person providers at our Bloomfield Hills location.
Consistent Weekly Hours –
Full-time: ~30 scheduled client sessions/week
Part-time: ~25 scheduled client sessions/week
Pay: $65,000-80,000 per year
Evening Availability – To meet client demand and maximize income, clinicians work some evenings in addition to daytime appointments.
Exclusivity for Best Results – We strive to provide a full caseload and marketing support in exchange for your exclusive commitment to Niyama’s team.
Workload Balance – We prioritize sustainable caseloads, same-day or next-morning documentation, and dedicated time for team meetings and professional growth.
Credentials & Experience
Fully licensed in Michigan as LMSW, LPC, LMFT, LP or any credentials you can bill under independently.
1–2+ years of outpatient therapy experience, ideally with trauma-informed practice.
EMDR-trained or motivated to become trained recognizing the value of this skill in trauma therapy and long-term career growth.
Experienced in working with adults in virtual and/or outpatient settings.
Intake Coordinator
In this role, you’ll conduct client intakes, complete diagnostic assessments, and gather key clinical information, then hand off each client to the right provider on our team. This is a great fit if you enjoy the assessment and connection side of therapy without carrying an ongoing caseload.

- Full administrative support including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and insurance verification

Psychiatric Nurse Practioner (Bloomfield Hills & Online)
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Compensation: 60% is retained by the provider
Location: You choose — remote, in-person in Bloomfield, or hybrid. Licensed in Michigan.
Experience Required: 2+ year as a board-certified PMHNP in a private practice outpatient setting

We have a variety of therapists on our team. We are an insurance-based private practice and looking to add a psychiatric nurse practitioner to our team to help with medication management..
We equip psychiatric nurse practitioners with innovative tools, a thriving community and expert operational and clinical support — so you can deliver quality care, improve client outcomes, and scale with us!
You remain an independent contractor. We handle the infrastructure so you can focus on clients.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Cuct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide medication management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, including discharge planning.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Offer support and education to patients and their families regarding mental health issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in emergency medicine situations when required, ensuring patient safety and effective intervention.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in psychiatric care

Who this role is for:
- You are a board-certified PMHNP with at least 2 year of experience post-certification in mental health and private practice.
- You are licensed in Michigan
- You carry individual professional liability insurance
- You have a collaborating physician or are willing to obtain one (if required by state law) or we can connect you with one.
