We are trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Somatic Therapies, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Mindfulness.
