Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Advanced training and experience in adolescent therapy, adult therapy, and couples/marriage counseling.
- Minimum of two years of post-licensure psychotherapy experience.
- Limited License Social Workers must have completed an internship as a psychotherapist to be considered.
- Proficiency in EMDR Therapy or Polyvagal Theory, or a strong interest in pursuing this training prior to onboarding.
- A commitment to a long-term partnership (3+ years) and growth within our dedicated team.
- Licensed in the State of Michigan (LMSW, LPC) with strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
- Excellent organizational and clinical documentation abilities, with training provided if needed.
Work Structure: Full-time clinicians typically see 25-30 clients weekly, with all sessions conducted virtually. You’ll also have dedicated time for documentation, continuing education, team meetings, and collateral communication.
