Please note: If your plan is out of network, sessions are private pay, and we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits. We do not accept Medicaid plans such as Blue Cross Complete, Molina, Meridian, etc. We do not accept insurance for yoga or sound healing services.

We provide virtual services as well as in-person at our Birmingham location. Our clinicians in-person are Laura for therapy; Brittany for sound healing; and Soojin for yoga/meditation services. All other providers are providing virtual care at this time.
